- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Club Manager (mandatory) (1)
- Extensive network in event organizing, wedding organizing, and beverages (1)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or the hospitality industry (2–14)
- Attach portfolio (2 & 15)
- Proficient in social media & digital marketing as promotional tools (3 & 15)
- Understanding of F&B service standards (SOP) in the hospitality industry (4)
- Proficient in upselling & cost control techniques (4)
- Able to design menu concepts, standard recipes, and costing (8)
- Proficient in kitchen management, including inventory, purchasing, and cost control (8)
- Experienced in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to standards (10)
- Mastering social media management (15)
