Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Head Kitchen
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
- Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance
- Maintain inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen areas
- Collaborate with restaurant management and service teams to deliver smooth daily operations
Head Barista
- Arranging the menu and researching new drink entries
- Ensuring the bar and beverage are on par with restaurant standards
- Training the baristas
Head Server
- Coordinating and leading the server team
- Maintaining guest comfort and satisfaction
- Training and evaluating the service staff
Syarat Pekerjaan
Head Kitchen
- Proven experience as a head chef (preferably 2 years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and menu development
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Head Barista
- Min. 2 years experience as a barista
- A creative drive in beverage menu development
- Able to manage and lead the bar team
Head Server
- Min. 2 years experience as a server
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to lead and coordinate the server team
